I will be Gone

Yes, I will be gone from Blogspot. I will not be back if I have anything personal to blog about. Furthermore, I take daddy God and my beloved Kevin to confide rather than using a keyboard to type out my feelings.

However, please do visit me at http://graceong.com where I am inspired to write more with passion. Life is just like jumping another hurdle each day. Right?

I will see you there.

Love you all so much,
Grace

Back for Good

I am back for good.
Yes, I need to thank God. Yes, I must thank God.
It is HIM that has opened the doors for me. It is God that has blessed me with today's success.
Without Him, I am nothing.
Without Him, I wouldn't have the courage to opt for interviews.
Without Him, I would not have demand for a better offer.
Yes, Praise God for what He has done in my life.
Praise God for He has shown grace and love in my career as well.
I will strive, I will try my very best to appreciate the equity adjustment.
Thank you God once again.

Amen.

L or M?

I've been contemplating between the two American pharmaceutical companies. I am torn in between both the multinational companies as both of them are rising in the healthcare industry of Malaysia.

However, the current one has failed to keep its promises in reviewing the employee's benefits. They have delayed since the beginning of the year to April, then to June and then to August. It's already August today. I have yet to hear any news from the HR department about our benefits upgrade. Furthermore, the one on top promised that the KAEs will have better benefits than the normal PS; unfortunately it was just another empty promise.

One will be offering me the whole new package if I jump over. The paperwork available is only 10% of my current one. That is so inviting. Plus, the area is bigger. Sounds great.

One has yet to offer the renewed package to sustain my credibility upon the current one. Gosh. It's just so hard to weigh the pro's and con's of each side. Both has advantages and disadvantages. However, I just can't tolerate the amount of the ISO standard lookalike of paperwork currently. It's just way beyond my breath to control.

I do not know what to do. The current products I am handling now are just the best of the best. I cannot deny that. If I were to be given a chance to be promoted as Product Executive, I would definitely choose the current products especially the anti-hypertensive drug. It's just too good, and beyond my description. No wonder it is the #1 worldwide!

Unfortunately, we are not being appreciated whether in terms of monetary or motivation. It is not surprising to see people starting to leave one by one.

I hope we could be appreciated.

I hope we could be honoured for the amount of work we have done.

If I am moving, I hope it will be a great organisation for me to set my feet on solid ground.

I don't know. However, I will pray. I will continue to pray.

Wedding Blues or Bells

I am dumb-founded by the news of a college friend who just got engaged recently. Shocked because I haven't heard from her for ages. I am not sure whether you have learnt about this pretty good news or not. She is none other than Karen from my previous college. Karen just graduated unofficically from NIUC. She will be turning 21 in 3 months' time. The unexpected joy of her life, Eric has proposed to her on an auspicious date of 07.07.07. She must be truly head over heels for him. Lucky couple... I believe that LOVE is the key to their union.

The pretty couple on their unofficial engagement party.

On this wonderful date, I was too attending a colleague's wedding in Malacca. See, on this exact date, there were 3 colleagues of mine running their wedding on the same day. Now I can hear the wedding bells ringing all over my ears even though you can't hear them.

I am not too sure whether it is too young to get engaged before your 21st birthday. I myself have passed the age of 23 and hey, I am still single... but not available (Kev: *giggle*). I can even admit right here right now, I am itching to plan for my wedding. I cannot wait for my own wedding even though I am only 23 years young! Thus, I can't say whether she is too young for this or not. However, dreams will only come true when the TIME comes.

Nonetheless, I wear a crystal clear mind now because I am not here to pass any judgement or criticism. Who am I to judge? Who am I to pass any comments? After all, it's her engagement, and we should share the joy with her. As long she is happy, I believe we should just keep praying for her. Perhaps, pouring out our blessings for this young couple might be a better option than to gossip around about their union.

Agree?
