Christmas for you

Ever wondered why we ever celebrated Christmas today? Christmas carols were being sung throughout the world. We just want to remember the day that our Saviour is born. As everyone wishes all Christians "Merry Christmas", I guess I have been sending massive sms-es to wish all my friends today. I hope all of you did receive my sms.

However, Christmas today is somewhat commercialised but my family is still practising the old tradition of gifts exchange. Christmas trees and decorations are not cheap these days.

This year Kevin and I bought a handbag to my mum, a belt and some "Pao Sam"(Herbs) for my daddy and 2 shirts for Jeremy. In exchange, Kevin received a long sleeve shirt from my parents while I received a skirt and a handbag from them. Meanwhile my brother has 17 presents in total. Isn't it nice to be kids after all?

I started celebrating Christmas with Pastor Vic & some churchmates in Mid Valley on Thurs night. Then, I attended my church's annual Christmas dinner in Ipoh on Sat night with my family and Kevin. On Christmas eve dinner (last night), my family and I celebrated at Secret Recipe with a overflowing blessed dinner. Today, I had Christmas Service in church as usual. Singing carols were a norm. Plus, I had a get-together dinner with my colleagues with a gift exchange session as well.

Christmas is not only to celebrate Christ's birth 2000 years ago. But for the many non Christians, they celebrate for the sake of gift exchange. They were merry as you could see from your peers and I guess Christmas has been special to them too.

This Christmas time has not given me any satisfaction or perhaps I just felt that I wasn't blessed in this festive season. Somehow Christmas isn't Christmas till it happens in your heart and deep down in there, something is ringing....

No, I don't wanna sound emo here. Thus, I just want to wish all of you a blessed Christmas and may you embrace a wonderful new year ahead.

Pre-Christmas @ Mid Valley

Just came back from Mid Valley Megamall.

6 of us had a pre-christmas celebration at Mid Valley. We started of with Pastor Vic's choice of Kim Gary as our dinner. Then, we did some window shopping as well as visited the video arcade in the mall.

As you can see that both Kevin and Johnny are playing the drums in the video arcade!

See Pastor Victor shooting at the screen with the gun in his hands. Go Pastor Go.

Guess who is this guy pretending to be innocent by my side? It's no other than Foxtrot the Johnny guy. Funny la this pic!

I actually have more pictures to post up but I'm lazy to get the camera's memory card out. We have taken quite a number of pics in Mid Valley due to the massive and awesome decorations done in the courts.
I will post those pictures once I'm back from Christmas holidays in my hometown. For now, see you all next time.

Pre Christmas Dinner

Yeah...

Christmas mood is slowly creeping me up. Guess what? I am going for a Pre Christmas Celebration with Pastor Victor, Pastor Brian, Jonazan, Johnny, and Kevin at Mid Valley tomorrow. I just bought the cinema tickets online for The Curse of The Golden Flower. Hopefully it will be a great movie since Pastor Vic and Johnny had decided for this chinese-produced movie.

And as for now, I am going to say good night and sleep tight.

Love you lots, pals.

PLANET AWESOME!!

I am back.

I'm dead tired. Lying down on the mattress in the church sanctuary with my laptop at Banting...

But I can't wait to blog about the awesome Planet Shaker's Conference 06 held in Sunway Convention Centre for the past 3 days. To those who missed it, they are not organising any conference next year....

BUT...

They are having a Planet Worship (one day event) at Kota Kinabalu in mid year 2007. I am going to make sure I am flying all the way there. I feel so blessed.

Tired, yet still wanna continue to blog.

I missed quite a number of sessions this year because I was in charge of Finance for the Merchandise Team. To me, these 3 days were all about money. "It's all about money, It's all about the doo-doo-doo-doo-dum..." The berserk of tabulating the number of notes of different colors every now and then drove me nuts.

Though I did not managed to attend all sessions in this PS 06 Conference, I was touched by our dearest Heavenly Father on the 2nd night's concert's Worship. Not to forget to mention that I didn't miss all the Praise & Worship for all night concerts and due to excessive jumping, my calves are suffering from muscle ache. (*Giggling away*)

Oh, had sleepless nights due to serving as a Merchandise crew... by the time we reached home at Damansara, it was like almost 2am. There were another 7 more people bunking in my room.. You must be wondering who. It was Shu Ai, Amy Cheah, Jonazan Teoh, Johnny Lee, Jason Lee, Kelvin Tan & my darling Kevin. How did we managed to bunk into one room? Haha.. it's a wonder. And we had to take turns to use the bathroom one by one.

By the way, I bought a T-Shirt for you, Gerald... As promised. So now you have a PS 06 T Shirt!!

Let's take a look at some pictures taken in PS 06...

We have the school kids teacher, Mr Kevin and the student, Johnny holding on to my piggy.

Home Tuition

Home tuition? Yes, you are not blur for the moment. It's an advertising flyer of a home tuition.

Yeah, I have been teaching tuition for many years. So this is one of the latest flyers that I have designed to attract the residents in Palm Spring.

Tuition has been part of my side income for the past many years since I left high school. Educating the younger generation could actually train my patience and also ease of my financial burden. (Yea, it will be helping me to pay off my housing loan)

Now, with my mum's help in PJ, I believe I can build a better base in this area. She will help me with the younger kids' tutoring. I am going to pursue after my long-awaited dream. A great tuition centre which is not only educating the children to the maximum exposure but also generating lots of revenue.

Now you see, I've learn to survive in this metropolis with my own hands and feet. I will continue to survive and earn those hard-to-earn's cash!

I know I can do it.
What to do? I have to earn more $$$ to pay off my car & my home... Who ask me to be the youngest car & home owner at the age of 22?

Buddies, please pray for me that everything will run smoothly ok?

Darling Friends

Dear closest buddies on earth,

As long as you know this link, I assume you know that I have honoured you as a very CLOSE FRIEND that I could trust in this planet earth. (Please DO NOT link this blogspot to your blog.)

Today I allow you to view this blog is because I know you have the sincerity and you have been somewhat like a prayer buddy or an-adviseable-partner-in-crime to me.

Thus, I would like an assurance that no one else will know this blog but you and you and ONLY you!!!

This is because I need a place that I can voice out with all my heart and might without needing any unwanted visitors to read it. I cannot afford to let my relatives to know that I bought a house. Because I do not wish to see my relatives going after my parents for debts (as u know my parents are in deep shit of financial crisis). I believe you can do me this great favour rite?

I love you all so much dear friends... If your name is here, means you viewed this blog and you could comment at my chatterbox or directly here.

My Upcoming Home & Kitchen Design

Yeah... this is my future home's condo plan. Isn't it great? I like it so much... I gonna put lots of effort in making my affordable dream home. All the hard-earned cash & sweat will be poured out to my home.

It's been so long since I want to shout out about the kitchen that I yearn to have in my new home. As you can see, this is my favourite design from Home Cabinet Sdn Bhd and to be frank, I honour the service given by this company. This design truly fits the size of my condo and I think this Tristar Ash colour will widen my kitchen ideally. Not to mention the almost 20% discount given for my kitchen, and this makes me even lazier to compare the price with others. However, the price given to me is standard and it's comparable with other offers given. Why make the hassle to run around?

This is my future hood & hob. (I've taken this picture at Harvey Norman). Yeah, I gonna get the same railing from Ikea too. Isn't it great to have your own kitchen? This is simply because I love cooking. Yea, my mum loves cooking too.
This is the oven which I love too. I gonna bake and bake and bake and bake... what else can I bake? Surely it will be cakes and cakes and cakes!!!

Alright... that's all for my new home. Will update you guys again...
